To commemorate 75 years in Australia, Porsche has unveiled a quartet of special models inspired by different corners of Australia’s “vast 7.6-million square kilometre landscape”.
Making their public debut at this week’s Formula 1 Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne, the four special cars all feature showcase Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur and Sonderwunsch (special request) personalisation options and accessories, themed around Australia’s ‘North, South, East and West’.
They’re not just for show, either. All four vehicles – based on the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid, Macan 4S, Taycan 4S Cross Turismo and Cayenne S – can all be replicated by customers using the Porsche online car configurator.
They include ‘75 Years of Porsche in Australia’ bespoke vehicle keys (with key cases), painted to match their exterior colours, as well as bespoke illuminated door sill guards customised with each vehicle’s cardinal directions, plus bespoke interior floor mats embossed with ‘75 Years of Porsche in Australia’.

Go North: Porsche Panamera 4 E-Hybrid
Kicking things off is this very special Panamera, finished in Paint to Sample Emerald Green Metallic, which Porsche says “reflects the deep-green beauty of Australia’s tropical north, specifically the rainforests of Queensland and the Northern Territory”.
The 21-inch Panamera Exclusive Design alloy wheels are finished in eye-catching Neodyme which is meant to resemble “the Daintree’s famous Fan Palm”, while the Espresso-coloured Club Leather interior is said to “reflect the rich earth that nourishes this cherished tropical region.
Additionally, the available Porsche Roof Box offers 480 litres of storage volume and a payload of up to 75kg, which the company says makes the special Panamera “the ideal adventure partner for long, open-road trips through the wild green surrounds”.
Power in the Panamera 4 E-Hybrid comes from a 2.9-litre twin-turbo V6 plug-in hybrid powertrain developing 346kW of power good for a 4.1-second sprint from 0-100km/h. The 25.9kWh battery pack allows for around 90km of electric driving range.
For reference, the base car starts from $283,000 before on-road costs and options.

Go East: Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo
Inspired by Australia’s eastern coastline, the commemorate all-electric Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo is finished in Paint to Sample Ipanema Blue Metallic.
Echoing the hues of the eastern seas, the exterior is accented by 21-inch Taycan Exclusive Design wheels with Crayon aero blades, which Porsche says “hint at the varieties of marine life and coral formations living deep under the waves”.
Two-tone Black and Crayon leather upholstery “represent the warm sands and shade of Australia’s eastern beaches”, while the Speed Blue interior highlights “hint at the cool offered by the Pacific waters that have made Australia’s surf culture and pro-level board riders so enduringly popular”.
Power in the Porsche Taycan 4S Cross Turismo comes from a dual-motor electric drive system boasting up to 440kW/710Nm when Launch Control is engaged, making for a 0-100km/h claim of just 3.8 seconds – quite the ‘rip’ if you ask us.
The 97kWh usable battery capacity is good for up to 601km of range (ECE – similar to NEDC), and can be recharged at a rate of up to 320kW using DC fast-charging.

Go South: Porsche Macan 4S
Paint to Sample Gold Bronze Metallic over Vesuvius Grey 22-inch RS Spyder Design alloys headline this commemorative Macan 4S Electric, inspired by the “ragged coastline of southern Australia”.
Further, the special wheel colour “is a nod to the dolerite sea columns that protrude from the waters of the southern Tasman Peninsula” – according to Porsche.
Inside, the South Australian Limestone Coast has inspired the Extended Leather Package in Black and Chalk, as well as the Chalk Beige seatbelts and Sport Chrono instrument dial.
Orange seat centres and decorative upholstery stitching are said to “mimic the coastal snags and rocks that run along Victoria’s coastal edges”.
The electric Macan 4S is powered by a dual-motor electric drivetrain boasting up to 380kW/820Nm with Launch Control engaged, for a 0-100km/h claim of 4.1 seconds.
Range from the 100kWh usable battery pack is pegged at 619km using the more lenient NEDC test method, with maximum DC charging capacity quoted at 270kW.

Go West: Porsche Cayenne S
The final member of the Australian-themed commemorative quartet is a rugged take on the Porsche Cayenne, finished in Paint to Sample Ipanema Brown.
Said to “reflect the surface of this 4.4-billion-year-old landscape”, the metallic brown SUV also features 22-inch Exclusive Design Sport wheels finished in silk-gloss black, which Porsche says shares its shade with the “dark vertical streaks of WA’s famous Wave Rock”.
The Off-Road Package adds underbody protection which is perfect for navigating Outback WA, while the Bordeaux Red seat centres and interior highlights echo the signature hue of the Australian Outback.
Mojave Beige is applied to the Compass Display, which Porsche says “evokes memories of the blond sand at Broome’s Cable Beach”.
There’s also a roof platform which carries jerry cans and a luggage bag in the show vehicle, but can form the basis for other storage and lifestyle accessories.
While the rest of the 75 Years collection is electrified to varying extents, the Cayenne S is powered by a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 petrol engine making 349kW and 600Nm. Zero to 100km/h takes a claimed 4.7 seconds with the Sport Chrono Package fitted.
