Volkswagen Australia has slashed up to $12,000 off the recommended retail prices of its ID. Buzz electric people mover and ID. Buzz Cargo electric commercial van, while also extending drive-away offers on both EVs until April 30, 2026.

It’s the second round of discounts in the past four months for the ID. Buzz, after prices were cut by as much as $8000 across the lineup in October last year.

Drive-away deals remain the same: the ID. Buzz Pro short-wheelbase people mover is still being offered for $79,990 drive-away; its long-wheelbase counterpart for $84,990 drive-away; and the ID. Buzz Cargo for $72,990 drive-away.

However, Volkswagen has taken an axe to the recommended retail prices of the electric people mover and cargo van lineup.
